To use InPhase Actify you will need to login to InPhase.

InPhase Actify enables you to quickly and easily create Key Actions within your InPhase application from your emails. When you create a Key Action using Actify, it is added to the recipients Key Actions list in InPhase and it is associated with the email thread it was created in within Outlook. At any time you can go back and see the Key Actions you created, including their current status and progress, within InPhase and within Outlook.

You can 'pin' the app panel so that it stays open as you move around your mailbox.

How do I add a Key Action?

  1. Click on an email in your mailbox or Create a New Email - the Key Action is auto-filled using email content.
  2. Click 'Add this Key Action to InPhase'

Additionally, you can...

  1. Edit the Key Action name - automatically filled with email subject.
  2. Change the owner of the Key Action - InPhase users from the email are automatically listed.
  3. Set the priority of the task
  4. Set start and due dates for the Key Action
  5. Edit the Key Action description - automatically filled with the email text.
  6. Select an Objective or Key Action with which to associate the new Key Action.
